Conference policies

  1. In order to be eligible to be a delegate at SSUNS 2011, delegates must be born after November 10, 1990. Regardless of one's educational status, if a student is greater than the age of 21 at the time of SSUNS, he/she will not be eligible to attend.
  2. All delegations, regardless of size, must have a faculty advisor or other responsible adult over the age of 25 attending the conference with them. This person must be physically present to sign a liability waiver on the Thursday of the conference (November 10, 2011) at registration.
