The Venue - The Delta Centreville
SSUNS is proud to be back at the Delta Centre-Ville. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Montréal, the hotel is adjacent to a myriad of restaurants and shop, as well as the Old Port and the Harbour.
Hotel reservations
- Attending delegations are reminded that they must make their hotel reservations independent of the registration process. Your school being registered to participate at SSUNS does not mean that accommodation will be provided. For any further queries, please contact our Hotel Contact, Mr. Eric Comeau at ecomeau@deltahotels.com.
- Delta Hotels and Resorts has two hotels located in Montréal. SSUNS takes place at the Delta Centre Ville, not the Delta Montréal.
- All reservations must be made via fax (1-514-879-0687). The reservation form can be found here: 2011 SSUNS Hotel Reservation Form
- All hotel room lists, containing the names of each guest up to a maximum of four guests, must be faxed to the hotel by October 3, 2011.
- The reduced SSUNS rate is CAD $198/night for a quad (four-person) room.
- Please indicate that you are with SSUNS 2011 to receive the discount.
- Requests for delegations to stay on the same floor are not guaranteed.
- The Delta Centre Ville will provide you with an estimated cost for the stay of your group as soon it has the number of rooms required, as well as the arrival and departure dates.
- All reservations for SSUNS must be pre-paid before arrival by cheque or by credit card.
