Payment policy

The fees for the conference are as follows:

Please note:

  • After October 7, 2011, applicants may be entertained if there is still space. Additionally, a $30.00 (CAD or USD) late payment fee will apply.
  • The delegation fee is a one-time only fee and must be added to the total conference fees:
    Delegation fee + (Number of delegates × Fee per delegate) = Total amount owed
  • Payment must be made through a certified or institutional (School) cheque or money order.
  • Personal Cheques will not be accepted.
  • American and International delegations must pay in US Dollars and Canadian delegations must pay in Canadian dollars. Other currencies will not be accepted.
  • Cheques must be payable to IRSAM Inc. Cheques made to SSUNS will not be accepted.
  • Payment is due at the time of registration; countries will not be assigned until payment has been fully received. Country assignments will be on a first-pay, first-serve basis.
  • Due to bureaucratic reasons, we ask that cheques be dated August 15, 2011, as our staff will not be able to cash these beforehand. We appreciate your understanding.
